Terms and Conditions

To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required within 24 hours. Please notify us of any changes at least 2 weeks in advance. Changes will depend on our availability, and 50% of the deposit will be refunded if changes cannot be made. For cancellations or changes with less than 2 weeks' notice, the deposit is non-refundable. 

At Stella Studio | Perth, the safety and comfort of our clients are our top priority. Please disclose any known allergies or sensitivities to makeup products, skincare ingredients, or tools prior to your session.  

Clients arriving 15 minutes or later may incur a late arrival fee of $30 for every 15 minutes delayed. This fee helps compensate for the impact of the delay on the schedule. e.g. 30 mins late = $60 

Stella Studio | Perth will maintain a portfolio to showcase our work. By confirming your booking, clients grant permission for photographs or videos of makeup applications for promotional use 

To opt out of being photographed for marketing purposes, please inform the makeup artist.

Hair & Makeup Preparation Guidelines

Makeup Prep:
Please arrive with a clean, bare face so we can begin your makeup application right away.

Hair Prep:
Wash and fully dry your hair the day before your appointment. Use shampoo only—avoid conditioner and any styling products such as hair oils or creams.
